Don't Let a Guy's Style Discourage You Ladies

If you see a guy, and you think he's cute but you just can't stop frowning upon the way he dresses...don't freak out. I have a plan for you!

For me there's three things I look for when first meeting a guy...eyes, smile, and style!

Meeting Joe for the first time

When I first met my boyfriend, Joe I loved everything about him. He had beautiful blue eyes and a contagious smile. Not to mention we had a great connection right from the beginning, and ended up talking until 1 am on our first date. Everything was perfect, except for one thing...his style!

Start out Subtle

Ladies if you're serious about this guy then you need to do the right thing and help him out! First drop hints, but make them low-key of course. For example, every-time Joe would wear something I liked I'd be sure to tell him. I would be like "I really like that shirt on you, it looks good." By letting him know he looked good in something he would want to wear it more, or find other shirts that were the same color or brand.

Come up with a game plan

Operation fix this boys closet! Start buying him things that you like for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, etc. Buy him outfits, and shoes that you want to see him in. Things that you think will compliment and look good on him. If it's coming from you, and you tell him you think he'd look hot in it, then he won't say no (trust me).

Go in for the kill

Alright you've been dating this guy for a couple of months now, so you're comfortable. If you're anything like me at this point in the relationship you've reached brutal honesty. If my man is wearing something that I really don't love then I have to tell him. If your boyfriend is anything like Joe than you're in luck. At this point, he knows just to call me for outfit advice anytime we have somewhere special to go. Except in order for this part to run smoothly you need to have successfully completed your game plan. Without the wardrobe update you may not have much to work with (haha).

Honestly Joe didn't even realize I had a game plan in place. Now he says to me all the time "I love the way I dress now, you completely changed my style. It's so much better now." So this is proof that it is possible... without your boyfriend even having to know what you're up to.
